Marino

Although Marino is one of Dublin’s smaller neighbourhoods in terms of size, it adds drastically to the ‘small-village’ community feel amongst many of the original old buildings that are still present.

Marino has decently sized green spaces which the residents, both long-standing and new young families thoroughly enjoy. Properties in Marino are always in high demand due to the size of the town and limited properties available, causing properties to usually be sold within three to four weeks.

Young couples and families are drawn to the area for a quieter life, whilst still having the city centre in close proximity. Marino really is a beautiful area in which one could live comfortably for 20 years or more.
